Virtual Home Buyers Club Workshop

This FREE virtual workshop will teach you the ins-and-outs of buying a home and plenty of resources that can help you through the process, as well as some tips to manage finances. Our HUD Housing Counselors can help you make the dream a reality!

During this workshop you’ll learn all aspects of the home buying process. You’ll also receive a certificate making you eligible to receive many of Michigan State Housing Development Authority’s (MSHDA) down payment assistance programs; in some cases, you could receive up to $10,000 in assistance. You will also be offered the opportunity to sign-up for a one-on-one housing counseling session. Our certified HUD Housing Counselors are ready to help guide you towards your home buying goals!
