On March 30th, Our President and CEO, Brad Coulter, addressed our response to the Coronavirus pandemic in a video sent out on social media and our e-newsletter. Watch the video above to learn more.

We have created a website dedicated to our response to COVID-19 and how each program is responding, including a community resources page to help connect people to other resources outside of Matrix. See the link below.

COVID19

Matrix has been supporting communities in Detroit for over a hundred years and we do not run from adversity, but meet it head-on by providing resources, support, and a place to feel safe for anyone who needs it.

We’ve faced many challenges during Detroit’s shifting history and although this moment is unprecedented, we have learned how to adapt fast to serve the most vulnerable in need. During this difficult time of uncertainty due to the Coronavirus, your health and safety is always our highest concern and priority.

We have put parameters in place to provide the things you will need while many locations will be closed to prevent the spread of the virus. See more info below about how we can serve you during this pandemic.

Although all Matrix Human Services locations are closed to the public during the COVID-19 pandemic, Matrix strives to keep our services going virtually or through social distancing.

Please consider giving a monetary donation to help us continue to provide our clients with much needed resources and essentials like food, remote education support, mental health services, senior rides, and much more during this difficult time. We will always find a way to meet the needs of the community with your support.
