We are truly grateful for The Fifth Third Foundation for awarding Matrix Human Services with a $25,000 grant, which will go toward expanding services for The Working Families Program model Matrix Human Services offers to its clients with an overall goal to move Detroiters from poverty to self-sufficiency.

The CWF program model offers three wraparound service categories of career development, financial coaching, and resource navigation and supports. Several outcomes of the CWF program model is to increase employ-ability soft skills, job placement, pre and post job placement services, vocational training with credential attainment, increased credit score/net worth/net income, and overall resource attainment.
