AUTO BODY COLLISION SHOP – Multiple Positions Available


SALARIES ARE BASED ON JOB TITLE: $13.00 -$20.00 (Other jobs are commission base)

Auto Body Refinish Technician/Painter 

 5+ years’ experience refinishing cars in an automotive collision repair environment. 

 Able to produce sprayed finishes with little or no dirt and a consistent gloss and texture matching the OEM finish without the need to sand and buff. 

 Must be comfortable working in a high-volume collision shop environment 

 Inspect all vehicles and parts scheduled to be painted 

 The Refinish technician does not perform their own prep but is responsible for quality checking prior to painting 

 Maintain painting equipment to ensure proper performance 

Painters must follow high-quality standards to minimize defects and exceed company standards while maintaining an acceptable materials cost 


Auto Body Refinish Prepper/Painter’s Assistant 

 Auto Body experience preferred but will train the right candidate 

 Automotive interest and desire to develop a career in the industry 

 Ability to keep up and succeed in a fast-paced working environment 

 Prep vehicles properly for paint (sand, mask, etc) 

 Assist Refinish Technician in other areas as necessary  


Auto Body Collision General Manager 

 Proven track record of growing revenue in an Auto Body Collision environment 

 Strong financial understanding and ability to interpret profit and loss statements 

 Ability to manage all aspects of business, sales, profit, production efficiency, quality, customer service and staffing. 

 Must be comfortable working in a high-volume collision shop environment 

 Ability to work independently with little or no supervision 

 An experienced professional who thinks big and has an “owner’s mentality” 

 The ideal candidate would be interested in career advancement including multi-unit operations management. 

 Assumes full responsibility for center profit and loss (P&L) management, including following cash control and security procedures, managing supply and materials costs, managing staffing, and facilitating materials and supply ordering and management 

 Provides leadership, management, and oversight to all center personnel, including hiring, training, developing, coaching and promoting team members, as well as managing compensation and discipline 

 Ensures all personnel and team members understand all key performance indicators (KPI’s) and are given the proper training and support to meet or exceed all KPI’s consistently 


 Automotive Service Advisor/Estimator  

 The Service Advisor / Estimator is a key member of our team who is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience. 

 Responsible for supporting business operations and performance in Sales and Profit. 

 Promotes customer satisfaction and retention, as well as growth of existing and new business. 

 Provides strong and consistent leadership in order to cultivate and maintain a highly productive work culture. 

 Must genuinely enjoy helping people and have an excellent work ethic. 

 Prior sales experience in the Automotive Industry is preferred but will train the right candidate. 

 Excellent earning potential for self-motivated, energetic, positive individual. 

 The Service Advisor / Estimator converts phone inquiries to appointments. No Cold calling. Very high-volume customer traffic. 

 Follows up on un-retained phone inquiries to maximize appointment retention 

 Converts appointments to sales. 

Follows up on un-retained appointments to maximize sales retention. 

Afford all customers courteous treatment, provide a fair and honest written estimate, and sets reasonable expectation for our services using “Total Honest Communication” to assure customer satisfaction. 

 Work to attain sales objectives of the center as defined by management. 


Auto Body Technician  

 Collision Repair Industry experience preferred 

 Previous experience as autobody technician required! 

 ICAR Certification preferred 

 Complete dis-assembly of vehicle 

 Ensure all needed repairs identified 

 Perform identified repairs in compliance with safety and quality standards 

Competitive pay based on experience 


Auto Body Shop Detailer/Buffer 

 At least 2 years of Body shop experience 

 Must be able to work at production shop pace and be able to demonstrate concern for quality. 

 Must be able to follow Manufacturer Recommended Procedures 

 Must have a valid driver’s license 

 After vehicle is painted, remove masking tape, and clean vehicle. 

 Wet sand/buff imperfections and scratches on vehicles. 

 De-nib and buff out all dirt/micro dust in all spot painted panels. Buff adjacent panels for texture match if necessary. 

 Detail car for customer delivery
