Housekeeping Positions 

Salary: $10.50 hr. plus commission 

Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (sometimes you may have to work overtime) 

Redford, MI 

 Must be able to pass a background check     ☑ Flexible Schedules 

 Must be able to lift 15-25lbs.                           Must be able to pass a drug test 

 Resume needed for all positions                     ☑ Valid driver’s license                                         

☑ Must be able to stand for a period-of-time     Paid vacation after 1 year 

 Job Description 

 We are looking for exceptional, qualified candidates to clean our client’s homes and small officesYou must be respectful of client’s homes and offices, manage your time well while working with your client and flexibility is a plus.  

 We will provide company car, uniforms, cleaning supplies and equipment 

 If you have your own transportation you will be reimbursed 21% of what the company collects 

 $100 Sign-on Bonus (Received after 90 days) 

 Cleaning experience preferred but not required

Production Team Associate Positions 

$16.50 hr. with a .50 shift premium for evening shift 

Prefer manufacturing experience but willing to train. 

Performs seat assembly operations on a production line. 

Highland Park, MI 

 Will work will felons on a case-by-case basis     ☑ Full benefit package after 90 days

Work Schedule: 

B-Crew Wed-Sat 5:00pm-5:00am schedule 10-12 hrs. a day – Candidates must have open availabilityMust be available to work overtime including weekends and holidays. 

Job Requirements:  

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  Team oriented, communicates well with others, and able to interact with people at all levels and departments.  Detailed oriented 

Working Condition/Physical Abilities:   

Work performed in a manufacturing plant environment. Exposed to varying temperature within plant depending upon external temperature. Continuously performs fine finger movements, grips/grasps, push/pulls, bends/stoops, stands, and lifts and carries parts up to thirty (30) lbs. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Completes assembly tasks in accordance with standardized work processes, quality goals and manufacturing schedule. 
  • Rotates to other stations on the production line per rotation schedule. 
  • Controls non-conforming material. 
  • Reports defects in parts/material to the Team Leader, Production Supervisor or Quality immediately. 
  • Performs seat teardowns and/or minor rework on or offline. 
  • Maintains integrity of tooling and equipment necessary to perform work; makes minor adjustments on equipment as needed. 
  • Initiates, recommends, or provides solutions through appropriate channels; participates in Kaizen/MPS activities. 
  • Completes all paperwork associated with the job assignment in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. 
  • Reports all unsafe and unhealthy conditions or acts to management immediately. 
  • Reports injuries, accidents, illnesses, near misses and property damage immediately to your Supervisor.
