 PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR/ASSEMBLY 

15 MILE RD. & CROOKS / $14.00 HR. 

  •  Career position with growth opportunity 
  •  Pay increase to $15.52 upon 90day hire in. ($16.00 at 6 months)  

 Not a short term or never hired in position 

 Direct hire after 90 days (Full Health Dental, Vision, PTO and 401K) 

 Full Time with OVERTIME too!! 

 No felonies in the last 7 years 

 Plenty of overtime available 

 1st and 2nd shift open right now! 

 

PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR/ASSEMBLEY 

14 MILE RD. & HARPER RD / $14.00 HR. 

  •  Career position with growth opportunity 
  •  Pay increase to $15.52 upon 90day hire in. ($16.00 at 6 months)

PRODUCTION PART RACKING POSITIONS (all shifts are open) 

9 MILE AND GROESBECK / $11.00 HR. 

 Racking small light weight parts 

  •  3 Shifts: 8am to 4pm, 4pm to Midnight, Midnight to 8am 
  •  40 hours weekly plus overtime 
  •  2 Paid Breaks 

 No Drug Screen/No Background Check 

 Very consistent reliable work 

  • Weekly pay

LOCATIONS: TROY, MI

Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Requirements: 

 Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. 

 While no formal education or work experience is required, previous experience as a Baker or in another operational support role at a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment is a plus. 

Work Availability: 

 Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands. 

 

Dishwasher $13.00 hr. 
  •  Manually washes, rinses, and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adheres to all NbC standards.   
  •  Monitor’s sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.    
  •  Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps, and mops floors, and cleans floor drains. 
  •  Performs routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom.  
  •  Cleans sanitizes and restocks the workstation and ensures all cleaning supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift. 
  •  Monitor’s inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.  
  •  Assists in the unloading, processing, and storage of weekly supplies delivery.   
  •  Supports other team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed.  
  •  Strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.   

 

Assistant Baker Starting wage: $13 

 Assistant Baker partners with the Baker to ensure that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests and contributes to superior service by meeting production demands.  

 Following strict proprietary recipes, NbC production methods, and food safety standards 

 The Assistant Baker helps the Baker perform the repeated baking process for our delicious cakes offered in a variety of flavors and sizes.  

 The Assistant Baker embodies NbC core values and demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency in the workplace. 

 

Froster $12.00 – $13.00 hr. 
  • Follows NbC proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision and achieves productivity goals.   
  • Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixer and pastry bag to frost cakes.  
  • Prioritizes cake pre-orders according to schedule and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly. 
  • Ensures an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintains appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels.  
  • Adheres to the proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards, and maintains frosting and refrigeration logs.  
  • Monitor’s inventory of frosting supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required.  
  • Evaluates baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and informs management of any quality control issues.    
  • Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation, ensure frosting supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift, and washes any equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee.
