Transition to Success

Transition to Success (est. 2008) is the Matrix Human Services unique model of wraparound supportive services, life and career coaching, case management, educational programming, and services to participants’ children, breaks the cycle of poverty and affords low-income women new opportunities to reach self-sufficiency. 

This program, in collaboration with Matrix women’s and children’s programming, assists participants to complete their education/training, obtain/maintain employment, acquire financial literacy skills, attain financial stability, engage in a supportive social network and make sound fiscal moves toward home ownership and maintain self-sufficiency.
